Book A Session

It begins with a conversation.

I only work with a small selection of clients, so I can bring the value I promise. Our first call is exploratory; a short, candid conversation, no pitch and no pressure, that tells us both whether we are the right fit.

Request an Exploratory Session

Two minds, one honest hour.

Tell me a little about what is on your mind. I read every message myself and reply personally.

  • Free, between thirty and sixty minutes, fully remote.
  • Confidential, always.
  • I only work with a small selection of clients, to ensure perfect fit.
  • For individuals, leaders, and organizations alike.
  • Prefer to map yourself first? Take the free assessment.

I read every message myself and reply personally, usually within two days.

What To Expect

Nothing to fix; everything to find.

Our work is an alliance of two brains. There is nothing broken about you, and the answers are already within; my job is to help you find your own.

1

I listen for the real question

The concern you arrive with is usually the entry point, not the destination. I listen for where it actually lives.

2

We test the fit, honestly

This work is not for everyone, and I will say so. If I am not the right person, I will point you toward who might be.

3

You leave with something either way

Even a single conversation should give you a sharper read on your own situation. That is the minimum.

Before You Ask

A few honest answers.

What kind of help is this?
Advisory: a blend of coaching depth and consulting rigor, grounded in a physician's read of human systems. It is not therapy, and I will refer you on if that is what is needed.
How is this different from therapy or coaching?
It sits between the two: more empirical than coaching, less clinical than therapy. I do not focus on what is wrong; I work on how your mind already operates, and build the capacity to navigate it yourself. If what you need is clinical treatment, I will say so and point you toward it.
Who do you usually work with?
Cerebral, intellectually intense people, and the organizations built on them; high performers, deep thinkers, the neurodivergent, anyone whose mind the usual advice was never written for.
Do you work with individuals or organizations?
Both. With individuals, I work across the six experience layers; with organizations, I work the same model at the scale of teams and culture.
What happens in the first conversation?
We talk through what you are navigating, I share how I would approach it, and we both decide whether there is a fit. There is no obligation, and you should leave with at least a sharper read on your own situation.
How are sessions delivered?
Remotely, across time zones. The work is designed to fit a demanding schedule, with deliberate use of the time between sessions.
How soon can we start?
Usually within a couple of weeks of the first conversation, depending on fit and scope.
Why do you only take a few clients at a time?
Because the work is deep and personal, and I would rather do it well for a few than thinly for many. A small roster is how I protect the quality of attention I promise.
What if I am not sure this is for me?
Start with the discovery call, or take the free assessment first. You do not need to diagnose yourself before we talk; working that out is part of what the first conversation is for.
What does it cost?
It depends on the engagement, settled once we both know there is a fit. The first conversation is always free.
